On behalf of the prefectorial board, I would like to say a few words. Personal view. Well, I respect your decision, though hoping that you would change your mind. Honestly, we were kind of shocked to find out that you decided to do such. But, if that's what you ought to do, then we won't interfere your decision.

Anyway, I apologize for anything that I've ( including the rest) done wrong towards you. I also wish that you would be much happier than before, if that's why you made that decision. So anyway, have fun!
